Omaha Coronavirus Preparation

Emerging information about the Coronavirus has made it important for us to take action and put our immune health at the top of our priority list.  It is not a matter of ‘if’, it is a matter of ‘when’ the Coronavirus will affect you or someone that you love.  Communicable viruses such as the Coronavirus can spread rapidly, especially in the vulnerable populations such as children and the elderly as well as those who already have cancer, hypertension, chronic respiratory illness, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.

Preparedness and prevention are essential!  The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus.  When a virus such as the Coronavirus appears, quick response and proactive measures can significantly reduce severity and duration of the illness.  Boosting your immune system to be able to fight off illness is extremely important.  Give your body the tools that it needs to be able to fight off viruses and bacteria when you are exposed.  People with depressed immune systems are more likely to be affected by illnesses such as Influenza, Gastroenteritis, and Coronavirus.

So how do we boost our immune system?  IV nutritional therapies, IV vitamin and mineral infusions, Ozone IV, Glutathione, Detoxification, and Supplemental support are paramount to providing support to the body’s immune response to infection.  Find a practitioner near you who is trained and knowledgeable about the very best ways that you can increase your immune function.

If you or someone you know is currently immunocompromised; you must act quickly and not wait until you are exposed to the virus.  If you are healthy and want to continue to improve your health, IV therapy is important for you too!

PRP also known as Platelet-rich plasma therapy uses injections of a concentration of a patient’s own platelets to accelerate the healing of injured tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints. In this way, PRP injections use each individuals patient’s own healing system to improve musculoskeletal problems.
Platelets are key factors in hard and soft tissue repair mechanisms. They provide the essential growth factors FGF, PDGF, TGF-B, EGF, VEGF, and IGF that are involved in stem cell migration, differentiation, and proliferation. The stimulation of fibroblasts and endothelial cells induces new extracellular matrix deposition and neo-vascularization. Plasma is essential for cell survival as it contains nutrients, vitamins, hormones, electrolytes, and proteins. Proteins are key molecules for the coagulation process and the formation of the fibrin polymer that will serve as a scaffold for cell migration, differentiation, and proliferation.

Do you know what Nitric Oxide (NO) is responsible for?  Nitric Oxide is the molecule that makes it possible for the 50 Trillion cells in your body to communicate with each other by transmitting signal.  NO is a key player in memory behavior and mood, and eye health!  NO also helps the immune system fight off bacteria and defend against tumors.  NO reduces inflammation, increases endurance and strength and increases vascular blood flow.  Nitric Oxide has impressive cardiovascular benefits.  Nitroglycerin acts by releasing nitric oxide.  This relaxes narrowed blood vessels and increases oxygen and blood flow.  The interior of your arteries produce nitric oxide.  When plaque builds up in the arteries,  the capacity to produce NO is significantly diminished.

Here’s the problem……our cells quit producing NO between the ages of 40 to 50!  What can we do to increase NO?  We can increase NO through diet and exercise, but sometimes that isn’t enough. We need to flood our bodies with NO inducers.  Some of the proven Nitric Oxide producers are offered at Omaha Health Therapy Center and those include; NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine), EDTA chelation treatment, hyperbaric oxygen, Ozone treatments, B vitamins and more!!  We can also provide guidance on the appropriate foods to consume that will help boost NO in your body.

Say YES to overall wellness and NO to aging and disease!

Lead is a silent killer in the USA.  You need to be informed, know your lead levels, and know our risk for developing vascular, neurological, and degenerative diseases.  Of all the environmental toxins, lead is probably the most widely recognized as hazardous to our health.  Lead is a heavy metal that causes major health problems in the U.S. population today, even at low doses.  38% of the U.S. adult population has a lead level that puts them at high risk for developing vascular, neurological and degenerative disease according Circulation, the American Heart Association Journal.  Do not confuse lead toxicity with lead poisoning.  Just know that according to scientific studies; there is NO level of lead that is NOT toxic!!  All levels of lead are toxic to health and cause increased cardiovascular and neurological symptoms like tachycardia, high blood pressure, chest pain, shortness of breath, numbness/tingling, neuropathy, depression and more.

For children a tiny dose of lead can harm their brain, kidneys, and other levels.  Low levels of lead can reduce intelligence, impair hearing and behavior, and case many other problems.

Lead has been banned from paint and gasoline since 1978. However children can acquire lead exposure and even poisoning by simply playing in contaminated soil.  The EPA notes that it is not uncommon to find high levels of lead in soil in large urban areas because of decades of pollution from sources including flaking lead-based pain, dust from vehicles burning leaded gasoline, as well as by lead smelters and other factories – EVEN those that have not been in operation since the 1930s.

Get tested by a practitioner certified in Chelation Therapy and do yourself a favor. Chelation will get rid of the lead that is in your body.  Are you at risk?

Heart Heart Attacks & Treatment

Today’s diseases could someday be a thing of the past.  But today heart disease, cancer, and diabetes still cause far too many untimely deaths! Intravenous Chelation Therapy is a medical treatment used to remove toxic metals from the body.

The mainstream medical community recently received surprising positive news from the extensive National Institute of Health-sponsored trial that has turned up the first substantial evidence in support of EDTA chelation therapy for patients with coronary disease.  Known as the TACT  (Trial to Assess Chelation Therapy), the highly controversial trial was presented at the American Heart Association and showed up to 50% reduced disease in diabetes over regular standard medication prescriptions for diabetics with previous heart attacks and patients who had heart attacks in their largest heart artery, the LAD (left anterior descending).  In fact, a “stent” during a STEMI (acute heart attack) is the only thing superior to EDTA chelation in the post-heart attack diabetic. This also includes all prescription drug therapy.Heavy metals enter the body through amalgam fillings in the teeth (Mercury). Also paint from old structures (Lead), water supplies (Arsenic, Manganese, Lead). Also many other environmental sources including herbicides and pesticides along with cleaning products. It would be very difficult to live in this day and age without exposure to heavy metals.

Symptoms of heavy metal toxicity may include mental confusion, pain in muscles and joints, headaches, short-term memory loss, gastrointestinal upsets, vision problems, chronic fatigue, abdominal pain, vertigo, weakness, irritability, depression and the list goes on. Beyond chelation’s effects on heavy metals, it also helps to remove inappropriate accumulations of calcium from tissue. Calcium gravitates to atherosclerotic plaque in blood vessels, leading to arterial narrowing and blockage. Chelation gently and gradually mobilizes calcium from plaque, restoring elasticity and flow to blood vessels.

Vitamin C IV

Vitamin C IV: Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant that has the power to boost immune function, increase resistance to infection and protect against a wide range of diseases. But now, research at the National Institute of Health is beginning to suggest that vitamin C deserves a chance to find its niche in the arsenal of anti-cancer therapies.

Vitamin C has different characteristics if given orally as opposed to intravenous. Studies suggest that even high doses of vitamin C given by mouth is poorly absorbed. While oral vitamin C boosts immunity and assists tissue repair, it is too weak to do much in killing or inhibiting cancer cells.

Vitamin C, given intravenous, interacts with iron and other metals to create hydrogen peroxide which damages the DNA and mitochondria of cancer cells, shutting down their energy supply (hydrogen peroxide is the drug that preferentially kills cancer cells while leaving normal cells unharmed). The only way to get high doses of vitamin C blood levels to the concentrations required to kill cancer cells, is to administer it intravenously.
